You'll need a box with a 4 digit padlock for this puzzle. Kids have to answer 8 questions & substitute answers into an equation to get a 4 digit number - to open the box é win whatever you put in there. Check my other ones .. Easy to make your own é share. Thanks Chris Smith for your original that caught my imagination.

A nice activity where pupils have to solve a variety of problems using SOHCAHTOA. Once they have their answers they substitute them into an expression in order to get the 'combination' which will unlock the padlock and win them a prize. This would be useful in a revision lesson, possibly getting pupils to work in mixed ability pairs would be best rather than larger groups where some may not participate. Thank you for sharing.
