Children revise doubling 11 to 20, and then write the corresponding halves. They use the relationship between halving and doubling to play a game. The same strategy we have used before, of partitioning, doubling each part and recombining, is used to double two-digit numbers with totals greater than 100, and also to find the corresponding halves.
